Online Conflict Resolution Platform

"The solution to a problem will never come about from the same level of understanding that created the problem in the first place."
-Albert Einstein
Why
Mediation?
Conflict is a normal part of life. I serve as an impartial mediator providing a safe, productive space where people in conflict can express their needs and concerns, identify common ground, and work toward mutually beneficial agreements. People that negotiate their own agreements have more control over the outcome of their dispute.

Mediation will also save you time and money while keeping strong emotions from spiraling out of control. When people are their own decision-makers by resolving their own disputes, their gains and losses are more predictable rather than when outside third parties decide their reality for them.

I have served as an impartial senior facilitator for the past 8 years. I am a certified mediator providing virtual mediation services where people can settle their disputes online without having the need for in-person appearances. Meetings are conducted by video or teleconference.

I follow an effective process and use a variety of tools to help people move through conflict with integrity.
Your Mediator

Welcome. My name is Casandra Batdorf, BA, JD, Certified Mediator, and CEO of Resolve it Mediation.

About me...

Facilitation and advocacy are my passion, and I do it well. I have advocated for children as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for the Pierce County Juvenile Court, and awarded the Outstanding Adult Award by Pierce County. I served on the Community Accountability Board (CAB) working with the youth whom the prosecutors have determined that the youth is eligible for diversion, instead of having the case tried in a formal courtroom setting. I currently serve my community through board membership and the contribution of my expertise to non-profit community organizations.
